DAY 1 |
| |
am - mid morning flight from the UK to either Hilton Head or Savannah airports
pm - arrive early evening at local airport, pick up hire car and drive to your chosen Hilton Head accommodation. Evening at leisure

DAY 2 |

am - after a hearty southern breakfast a mid morning tee off time at one of Hilton Head's many golf courses is the ideal start to any Carolina golf holiday.
pm - R & R on the beach or by the pool prior to a visit to one of the hundred or so excellent restaurants at what is one of America's premier holiday destinations

am/pm - As Day 2 - why change a winning formula? This is what you come to Hilton Head for, great golf, beautiful beaches, terrific weather and excellent food!

DAY 4 |

am/pm - maybe take a day off from golf and take a drive into historic Savannah one of the ole south's most famous cities. With its pretty antebellum style homes and historic buildings Savannah is an ideal location to while away the day - away from the golf course.

DAY 5 |
| |
am - back to the grind - another day on the course! Maybe treat yourself to a round on Harbour Town widely regarded as one of American's top golf courses, expensive but worth every penny to the serious golfer. If Harbour Town does not appeal how about a ferry trip to Dafuskie Island, a tropical island getaway just a mile off the Carolina coast. Here there are two majestic courses bordering the Atlantic Ocean and tidal saltwater marshes of the Carolina low country.
pm/evening - return to Hilton Head for final meal a one of the island's wonderful and varied restaurants.

DAY 6 |

am - prior to departing Hilton Head, how about breakfast on the balcony of the Harbour Town clubhouse overlooking the famous 9th green. Maybe a bucks fizz followed by eggs Benedict and savoury grits. Nicklaus Palmer, Faldo, Seve they have all sat there (we know, their pictures are on the wall!).
pm - set off for the easy two-hour drive up Highway 17 to Charleston and check into your chosen accommodation. Once settled, take a stroll into the centre of Charleston and explore the cobbled streets and alleyways of this historic town.

DAY 7 |

am - play one of Charleston's many excellent courses before enjoying a late lunch on the clubhouse balcony.
pm - take a guided horse-drawn carriage tour around Charleston's cobbled streets and elegant riverside mansions. In the evening take a 15-minute drive out to Shem Creek and dine at one of the many dockside restaurants - seafood being the local speciality would you believe!

DAY 8 |

am - explore the wonderful Charleston area, with its quaint shops and markets there is something here for everybody and just sitting outside one of Charleston's specialist coffee shops for an hour can be one of life's memorable experiences.
pm - an afternoon round of golf for a change. This is when the "gators" come out to sun themselves. Most courses have them and like us they like to nap in the late afternoon sun. With various species of bird stalking their prey in the salt water marshes, playful racoon squirrels gathering their nuts and the sun setting over 100 year old moss draped oaks, Charleston golf is a memorable golfing experience indeed.

am - one last stroll around Charleston, maybe a round of golf en route to Myrtle Beach a mere 1 ½ hours leisurely drive.
pm - check into to your Myrtle Beach accommodation and prepare to enjoy 6 days in golfers paradise.

DAY 10 - 14 |

Enjoy golf on a choice of 120 of the areas picturesque courses. Dine at any of 1600 restaurants, from Chucks Steak House to the Mongolian Barbecue we challenge you to find a national cuisine not represented!
There are numerous nightly themed shows with country and western being amongst the most popular. Throw in a hundred or so bars and clubs, several shopping malls, 3 or 4 of the biggest golf shops you will every see, one of the USA's biggest factory outlet complexes, 60 miles of sandy beach and there you have Myrtle Beach.

DAY 15 |

Your final day in The Carolinas. As the flights generally do not leave until late afternoon there is time for a final round or that last minute shopping trip. Around 3-4 pm return your hire car to Myrtle Beach Jetport for the flight home. |
