WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR EAGLE GOLF TOURS HOLIDAY?

FLIGHTS - We include flights from all the major UK airports with regional add-on flights available on request.

Eagle Golf Tours has contracts with most major airlines flying to the USA and our fares are lower than those generally available to the public. From time to time we also receive further discounts from the airlines based on early booking. If any such offer is available at the time of booking you will be advised and your holiday costs adjusted accordingly.

ACCOMMODATION - will be in a choice of hotel rooms, apartments, villas etc. as described in this brochure. Quotations will clearly identify the size and style of accommodation and, unless otherwise stated, be based on 2 adults sharing each bedroom with the option of breakfast where available. Most apartment/villa rentals do not include daily maid service; please state when confirming your holiday requirements if this is required.

CAR HIRE - will be included in your holiday quotation unless otherwise requested. The size of car will depend on the number travelling and will always be large enough to carry one piece of luggage and one set of golf clubs per person. Car insurance will be comprehensive or the equivalent and any excess will be shown on your quotation.

GOLF - As many rounds as you require will be included in your quotation. We are happy to recommend courses at each destination that we think will make your holiday enjoyable.

TEE TIMES - We recommend you pre-book your tee times with Eagle Golf Tours as far ahead as possible. As a general rule the later you book the less likely it is you will get the tee time you require. Cart fees will be included for golf booked.

CARRIAGE OF GOLF CLUBS - Scheduled airlines to the USA will carry golf clubs free of charge up to 32kg in weight. Please note that if golf clubs are not protected by a secondary outer covering the airline may ask you to sign a disclaimer or refuse to carry them.

HANDICAP CERTIFICATES - Whilst not required at the majority of courses world-wide it is becoming a necessity if you intend playing certain venues. We recommend that you always carry your handicap certificate with you on holiday and check on handicap requirements prior to booking.

GROUPS AND SOCIETIES - Group discounts are available for parties of 6 or more. The discounts will vary depending upon destination, so please enquire at the time of booking.

We are well aware of the problems involved when organising a group of golfers, we do it daily. We know the problems you, as group leader, could encounter. With this in mind Eagle Golf Tours will appoint a member of staff to liaise with you from initial enquiry through to the completion of your holiday, ensuring that not only the group enjoy their golfing holiday but you, the group leader, can relax and enjoy your holiday too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PASSPORTS / VISAS - From October the 1st 2003 all passengers entering the USA on the Visa Waiver Program will require a machine-readable passport. With a non-machine-readable passport a valid US entry visa will be required. Children must also have their own machine-readable passport. It is also necessary to have at least 90 days remaining on your passport when entering the USA.

Visas are not necessary for UK passport holders visiting the USA, subject to the above.

INOCULATIONS - are not required at any of the destinations featured in this brochure.

Whilst Eagle Golf Tours will try and provide accurate information regarding Visas and Inoculations it is ultimately up to the client to obtain each country's specific requirements on these matters.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - Regretfully things can go wrong either before or during your holiday. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking either with Eagle Golf Tours or through your insurance advisor. (SEE DETAILS ON BACK PAGE).

Once we have this information Eagle Golf Tours will provide as many tailor-made quotations as you require for your consideration.

When the final details and costs have been agreed Eagle Golf Tours will require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person, with the balance payable 60 days prior to departure. If booked within 60 days of travel the full payment is due immediately.

HOLIDAY EXTRAS - In conjunction with ABC Holiday Extras we can offer discounted parking and overnight stay at all major UK airports. Private airport lounges are also pre-bookable at most major UK airports. For details of Holiday Extras please enquire at time of booking.
