Over the 20 or so years we have been in the golf holiday business we have found it almost impossible to find a fair system to grade golf courses based on the many factors that affect their individual attraction and cost, compared with other courses in that destination and in that particular season.

We have therefore come up with the following guide which we hope you will find useful when comparing the merits of our favourite courses featured here on this web-site.

Please bear in mind that the courses featured at each destination are only a small selection of the courses in each area that we can offer preferential green fees and pre-booked tee times on.

($) Indicates that the course is excellent value for money, suitable for mid to high handicap golfers and will vary in cost from $30/70 depending on the season.

($$) Indicates a course that whilst being just that bit more expensive is likely to offer a marginally more testing and memorable round  at a green fee of between $40/100 depending on the season.

($$$) These will be the top courses in the area and will probably offer the low/mid handicap golfer the more rewarding golf experience,at a price, $70/180 depending on season.
